Day Nineteen…

on my quest to post every day for one whole month.  I used to post each day when I was on WLS.  For some reason it is harder now.

I had a very nice visit with family yesterday.  My two nieces (my sister Ebby’s daughters), my great niece and great great niece.

My great niece and her daughter (my great great niece, Genna).  For  some reason  Genna loves my exercise bike.

My niece Katie opened her gift and from the looks on her face I think she liked it.

Genna eating a cookie that Aunt Beth made.  Take note of my antique bookcase put together with pegs that I mentioned in a previous post.

Have a really good week you all.  Stay safe and be happy!!

Beth

  5. I too miss Spaces. It was a perfect platform for me. I bristle every time I think about all the "improvements" they supposedly made. They made it more complex and error prone. All along they were going to kill it and turn it into a Facebook deal. I do miss many of the people that I met and talked to from around the world. Maybe I'll save the rest for rant blog.
I'm happy you had a lovely time with your family. It's the real value of the Christmas season.

  9. Nice pictures Beth, and I hope you have a nice week too! And I agree with BostonBoy about "Spaces." As much as I like Blogger, on Spaces you could easily make friends with people around the world. It was very fun. I still think Microsoft really blew it when they decided to phase it out, rather than updating and promoting it. Oh well...

  12. Marvelous pictures my friend! I really wish that someone would have stepped up to the plate when it comes to social networking. FB never has the same draw to me as the community on WLS. I only blog about once a week now and rarely do all that much over on FB.
